Both are working demos, built from public records about the Town. Have a look on your phone — that is where nearly everyone will see it.

Demo 1

The Front Door

Anyone looking for Lula finds the Town, not a directory page that scraped the phone number.

$20 a month
Or $200 for the year. Founding rate for the first 200, held for as long as the Town stays on it — it goes to $30 after that. Three consecutive months minimum, or twelve prepaid. Live within three business days of the brief.

The Planning Desk

The full municipal site, plus a planning office that is open when Town Hall is closed.

  • A .gov address — free from CISA, we handle the whole registration
  • Agendas and minutes, posted and archived on a clock
  • The budget and the annual audit, published in plain figures
  • Look up any address: zoning, flood zone, wetlands, soils, elevation
  • Apply for a permit online, see the fee first, track the case
  • Pay a water bill into the Town’s own account
  • Report a pothole, a leak or a light out
  • Public records requests, logged with a visible clock
  • A staff desk only the Clerk can reach
  • Built to WCAG 2.1 AA — the ADA standard Lula must meet by April 2028
$1,400 to build, then $375 per period
The build is 30 service credits, bought as a 20-block and a 10-block. Running it is a four-week period fee, thirteen periods to the year — $4,875 annually, deliberately under the $5,000 line in Miss. Code § 31-7-13 so the Board can authorise it by order on its minutes with no competitive quotes. Fifteen to twenty business days to build.
Year two onward: $4,875, no rebuild cost
